Horse Riding

Discover the Joy of Riding!

Did you know that riding can offer incredible therapeutic benefits? The special bond between humans and horses creates a unique opportunity for growth and healing. Through riding, participants can experience improved mobility, strength, and a wonderful sense of achievement.

The gentle warmth and natural three-dimensional movement of a horse help relax and stretch the rider’s body, strengthening core muscles, improving balance, posture, and coordination. For those with congenital disabilities, riding can bring an amazing sense of freedom. And for individuals with progressive conditions, it’s a fantastic way to stay active and retain mobility for longer.
